Old postcard of Moringen: Small settlement & the Solling forest landscape near Moringen.
Village of Stennebergsmühle 4.02km N of Moringen on the road to Iber and Dörrigsen. Note the mill over the creek (Stenneberg's Mill?). Satellite images show that the mill has now gone, but the substantial buildings up the hill are still there, and the tourist websites describe those buildings as the "Restaurant und Waldhotel Stennebergsmühle", which has 48 bedrooms!
