Now compare this view with the 1861 map in image #3 of this photogallery.
North of the A501 (Divis St), Dover and Boundary Sts are blocked and no longer exit to Divis Street.
Townsend St now exits via a bend to Divis via Boundary St’s original exit.
South of Divis St., Ardmoulin St. remains, but all else E of Ardmoulin has been largely substituted by the residential Divis Tower with a few trees. The section of Alexander Street West remaining is called Ardmoulin Place which is now blocked off on the W by the expanded St Peter’s cathedral, a change from the parish church of the 1860’s. Gone are the Falls Rd Methodist and nearby James M’Cracken’s office, workshops and yard  occupying a Divis city block. Gone are McMillan’s Place and Alexander Street West where Robert lived.
